PAYE Rates:

1st 40 Hrs M-F – £14.73 / hr + £1.77 / hr holiday pay = £16.50 per hour,
Over 40 Hrs M-F – £17.85 / hr + £2.15 / hr holiday pay = £20.00 per hour

The Role:

We require general labourers for a long-term project in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be working on a large-scale infrastructure project for up to 12 months.

Duties:

1. Unload and load building materials, tools, and equipment
2. Support mechanical trades on site
3. Move and assemble materials, tools, and equipment
4. Assist with the installation of structures and components
5. Clean and prepare construction sites
6. Follow instructions from supervisors
7. Adhere to safety standards
8. Follow verbal and written instructions
9. Lift and carry heavy items
10. Operate hand and power tools
11. Operate and maintain equipment and tools
12. Perform other duties as assigned

Required:

1. Green CSCS Card in date
2. Safety Critical Medical
