Sales Order Processor

CSS Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join our clients growing team located in Halstead, Essex.

Key Tasks

1. To prioritise your workload and work to deadlines
2. To process orders accurately and according to process and record for weekly & monthly reports
3. To raise shortages with supply chain on purchased stocks and record shortages for weekly & monthly reports
4. To communicate with planning on shortages on packed stock, to determine production dates and record shortages for weekly & monthly reports
5. To communicate with planning on requirements on ‘made to order’ lines
6. To attend weekly S & OP meeting
7. To communicate efficiently and effectively with external customers
8. To communicate efficiently and effectively with hauliers
9. To liaise with Forecast Analyst on orders which exceed predicted forecast
10. Any other duties requested by a Manager or Director

Pay Rate

£12.50 per hour
