Responsibilities
- Report to the Lead Youth Worker and deliver a mix of centre-based and outreach youth work in alignment with the Airplay Theory of Change and YMCA Youth Work Strategy.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Salary
£25,447.00 per annum (Pro Rata £5,428.69)
Hours & Working Pattern
- Term-time: 8 hours per week – Thursday evenings plus one other evening (TBC) and every 3rd Saturday.
- School holidays: Hours may vary for holiday programmes and will be planned in advance with the team. Some flexibility is required.
- Part-time pattern: Wednesday – 5.5 hours, Thursday – 2 hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in the UK for the duration of your employment.
- You must provide Right to Work evidence.
- This position may require a Basic or Enhanced Criminal Disclosure, conducted once a conditional offer is made.
