Job Description
- Leading the preparation of annual and medium-term financial plans and budgets in partnership with the CEO and SLT
- Delivering timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports to the Board and SLT to support strategic and operational decisions
- Driving the development and delivery of the company’s annual Business Plan, aligned to corporate objectives
- Providing financial leadership across the organisation, supporting departmental heads on budgeting, KPIs, pricing, revenue generation, and cost efficiencies
- Leading and developing a capable, engaged finance team (currently an FC, 3–4 accountants, 4–5 support staff)
About YouYou're a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience of working in a senior finance role within a commercially driven SME. You have a proven track record of shaping financial strategy, leading planning and budgeting cycles, and supporting executive-level decisions.What sets you apart is your ability to:
- Operate confidently at Board level while staying hands-on and detail-aware

- Lead and develop high-performing teams
- Bring energy, accountability and a forward-thinking mindset to finance
Experience in sectors such as retail, events, catering, or e-commerce is helpful but not essential.What’s on Offer
