The main purpose of this role is to provide outreach support to service users wanting to make changes to their lifestyle – provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live).
Some of the tasks the role involves are:
- Provide advice, information and support
- Support service users to engage into services
- Relapse management support and advice
Time commitment: Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.
