Assistant Team Manager

In this role, you will be part of a team that works closely with residents and carers who provide services to adults with Learning Disabilities. You will also support the Team Manager in securing the continuous development, improvement, efficiency, and success of the team as a whole.

Furthermore, you will directly supervise a group of staff. For this reason, you must have the ability to lead and manage the team and its health professionals.
