About the Role: We seek a Financial Analyst for our Business Services Finance team supporting UK and International operations, based in London or Cardiff. The role involves managing direct cost analysis and reporting, with potential revenue responsibilities based on experience. Responsibilities: Manage UK budgeting and forecasting, communicating risks effectively. Conduct monthly UK cost reviews. Produce financial reports and collaborate with finance teams. Handle ad-hoc analysis requests. Requirements: Relevant experience or qualifications. Preferred CPA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification. Advanced Excel skills. Strong accounting knowledge. Independent, motivated, with high standards. Detail-oriented with analytical skills. Proactive, curious, and eager to improve. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
