Quality Control Lab Analyst

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Touchlight is seeking a QC analyst to join its Quality Control department. The QC Analyst will support day-to-day QC testing of manufactured dbDNA and environmental monitoring activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

1. Perform environmental monitoring of the GMP facility.
2. Conduct QC testing of raw materials and finished products using molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemistry techniques including bioburden, endotoxin, gel electrophoresis, pH, and HPLC/UPLC.
3. Prepare reagents, manage goods receipt and sample receipt, and oversee procurement and good housekeeping activities.
4. Verify equipment and instruments, and maintain accurate documentation.
5. Collaborate with operational departments to support quality and product needs.
6. Report to the QC Manager and support the Head of Quality Assurance to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a scientific discipline (an MSc is a plus).
• Strong experience in a QC environment, preferably in microbiology.
• Proficiency with QC techniques such as Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, Gel Electrophoresis, and HPLC/UPLC.
