About the Position
The Manager will report to the Senior Director of BDR (EMEA) and collaborate with other BDR managers, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Partner teams across EMEA and globally. They will oversee BDR pipeline generation in Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain) and contribute to overall EMEA targets.
What You’ll Do:
Performance & Operations
- Meet pipeline generation targets (SALs & ARR) for your regions.
- Support overall EMEA target achievement.
- Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders to align strategies.
- Ensure team maintains quality standards for opportunity qualification.
- Maintain urgency and meet SLAs, KPIs for activity metrics.
- Forecast and report on team performance.
- Develop and review action plans for goals.
- Uphold Mimecast values and best practices.
- Coordinate with Sales & Partners for strategic prospecting.
- Work with Marketing to optimize campaign follow-ups and results.
- Participate in strategic planning at team and organizational levels.
Recruitment & Development
- Recruit and profile talent to manage attrition and growth.
- Collaborate with HR and TA on hiring, promotions, and performance reviews.
- Implement onboarding with Enablement.
- Provide coaching, reviews, and career development for team members.
Extended Responsibilities
- Align regional teams with corporate initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain operational and performance standards across teams.
- Support Channel pipeline generation efforts.
- Provide feedback during regional meetings for business improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
- Management experience with sales teams, preferably SaaS.
- Experience prospecting into European markets.
- Fluency in English and one of French, Italian, or Spanish.
- High energy, results-driven mindset.
