Overview: Our clients are looking for a qualified audit and accounts senior to work as part of our audit and accounts team. You will be involved in the delivery of statutory audits and preparing accounts for a portfolio of some of the most innovative and exciting clients across our region including limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders from a variety of sectors including education, retail, manufacturing, and charities. The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include: Preparation of accounts from a variety of client’s systems – Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc Audit of financial statements from planning to completion, including responsibility for managing the on-site audit team, where applicable Preparation of draft corporation tax computations Actioning queries raised by the accounts and tax managers on the draft accounts and tax computations Finalisation of the accounts and corporation tax computations following client meetings Acting as a point of contact for clients for ad hoc queries Providing training, g…
