They value fresh ideas from their employees and are currently expanding their team in the Glasgow office. They’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Principal/Senior Electrical Engineer. This is an opportunity you won’t want to miss! Requirements: Developing electrical services strategies Preparing scheme design drawings (from concept right through to detailed design) Preparing outline M&E specification in BCIS format including environmental strategies Where appropriate inputting to the Stage 2 and 3 MEP Reports Assisting in the preparation of BCIS elemental M&E cost plans Understanding and working within the commercial framework for projects Preparing and delivering project presentations to client teams Preparing electrical services scheme design proposals Degree qualified and ideally working towards chartered status Be able to demonstrate proven project experience Strong record in project management, delivery, and quality People skills and demonstrable management and client facing skills Capable of working with own initiative to provide solutions to engineering and management challenges Hold a valid UK Driving Licence (preferable) Be prepared to travel to meetings and projects, as necessary Ideally with experience Expert in the use of all necessary design software not limited to those identified below CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Hevacomp Benefits: 33 days holiday, including publics and time between Christmas and New Year Additional annual leave purchase scheme (up to 1 week) Long service holiday (1 day extra after year 6-10 giving a week extra in total after 10 years’ service) Salary exchange pension with Aviva HH currently 5% and EE 3% min Pay for 1 professional membership per year Cycle to Work EV leasing Enhanced Mat/Pat etc (after 18 months service) DIS 3x salary 1 charitable works day off per year Free flu jab Hybrid working policy #J-18808-Ljbffr
