As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will provide front line inbound telephone and email support to clients, understanding their bespoke requirements and providing a high level of customer response and service via phone and email. The key responsibilities of the role will include:-

Resolving day to day queries relating to the successful delivery of goods

Processing all customer correspondence in line with company service standards

Working closely with Customer Services and warehouse Team Leaders along with external customers to ensure the smooth running of all contracts

Managing live chat, dealing with any inbound queries and passing these on to the relevant departments within agreed time-frames
Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines and service level commitments
Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good standard of written and verbal communications, Do you have previous experience of working within a customer support / customer services based role?
Full time permanent role – opportunity to work up to 50/50 home / office based once successfully passed probationary period
Mon – Fri standard office hours – 40 hours per week. 0800-1700 or 0900-1800. No evenings or weekends!!
East Grinstead based – Plenty of free parking on site for staff. Around 25 minute walk from nearest mainline station. Buses available from nearest station to office location.
Salary: £26000 – £27700 plus exceptionally good staff benefits, along with social events and annual staff party
Full training will be provided
