Your Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients, cook, and plate dishes with care, following our recipes and presentation standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is perfect, from taste to presentation.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep your workspace clean and organised, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Work closely with your teammates, helping where needed to ensure seamless service.
• Stock Management: Monitor ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to keep the kitchen well‑stocked and ready.
• Safety and Hygiene: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Our Sevenoaks Restaurant Hub is located upstairs in the Sainsbury’s Supermarket just off the M26, we’re open all day and with takeaway and delivery available we’ve got something for everyone.
