Your Role at a Glance:
- Lead and inspire a small, efficient night shift team to deliver exceptional service and meet key operational targets.
- Be at the heart of warehouse activity: manage incoming deliveries, oversee stock control, maintain an organised and clean environment, and carry out quality checks.
- Get behind the wheel on Friday nights, driving a 3.5t vehicle (such as a Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit) to deliver goods to customers with care and attention to detail.
- Stay ahead of the game with effective communication – handovers, task management, and ensuring the team stays on track.
