Are you an ambitious individual eager to begin your career in business development? We are hiring a Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will assist with new business queries, risk information, quotes, report writing, system updates, and prospect interactions. Gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals in the field.

How you'll make an impact:
  • Support the business development team by handling new business queries and preparing quotes.
  • Assist in report writing and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Shadow senior executives to learn about effective business development strategies and techniques.
  • Attend client meetings, either virtually via Teams or occasionally in-person, to gain exposure to client interactions and understand their needs.
  • Interact with warm leads and prospects to build relationships and convert them into potential clients.
  • Work towards an agreed sale target.
About You:
  • A recent Graduate or School Leaver who is looking for an entry level position in insurance broking.
  • Prior experience within a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Strong drive to progress into a Business Development role in the future.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Salesforce exposure is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
