Job Description: We are recruiting for a Global Mobility Advisor to join our dynamic Global HR Operations Team. This is a pivotal role focused on supporting the administrative and strategic facets of the Global Mobility function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and risk management
- Administrative Support: Manage the day-to-day operations of the global mobility inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to queries.
- PO Monitoring: Oversee and monitor the issuance, processing, and tracking of Purchase Orders related to global mobility.
- Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external global mobility inquiries.
- Program Support: Assist in the development and implementation of global mobility policies and programs.
- Compliance Assistance: Support the management of tax, immigration, and external partners for all cross-border movements.
- Mobility programme and policy development support: Track program timelines and related data for relocation, tax, or immigration aspects and prepare related reports.
- Manage budgets for assigned areas (relocation, tax, or immigration).
- Ensure adherence to regulations and internal protocols for assigned services.
- Business advisory: Assist in the development and maintenance of presentations/training materials on global mobility policies and procedures.
- Conduct information sessions or workshops for relocating employees on various aspects of global mobility.
- Track vendor contracts, service levels, and performance metrics and escalate to the Head of Mobility.
- Assist in the research and compilation of relevant global mobility regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Global Mobility experience in a global role and in-house setting.
- Expatriate tax and immigration implications related to global mobility.
- Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to carry out research into global mobility topics.
- Ability to demonstrate strong influencing, facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of management.
