We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with global teams on admin tasks like trade compliance.
- Raise tickets for classifying products with HS codes and ECCNs.
- Help with the Emax system and support production needs for engineering.
- Keep the Emax ERP system updated with the correct information.
- Create and manage company part numbers (TCPN).
- Keep the Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) up to date.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Update Excel spreadsheets with needed data.
Skills Needed
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Experience with trade compliance is helpful but not required.
- Experience using ERP systems (Emax is a plus).
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to work well under deadlines.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing field preferable.
- Willing to learn and pick up new skills.
