  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new starters by handling pre-start processes and onboarding.
  • Manage induction materials and coordinate introductory sessions.
  • Check in with new hires during their probation to support their success.
  • Handle general recruitment queries and manage the recruitment inbox.
  • HR & Employee Support
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and company-wide communications.
  • Assist with HR-related invoices, requisitions, and system updates.
  • Maintain internal HR platforms and keep employee resources up to date.
  • Organise company-wide initiatives like long service awards and employee engagement events.
  • Support HR-led projects and provide cover for the HR Advisor when needed.
