A reputable legal firm with a strong focus on private client and property-related legal work is seeking an experienced PA to provide dedicated and bespoke assistance to one of its Dispute Resolution Partners based in the Edinburgh office.

The Dispute Resolution team provides expert advice on a wide range of civil dispute matters, including land and property litigation, commercial and contract issues, landlord and tenant, planning, debt, family law, and employment. The team is actively involved in litigation in various courts, including the Sheriff Court, Court of Session, Supreme Court, Scottish Land Court, and Lands Tribunal.

This role offers a varied and comprehensive set of responsibilities, where the successful candidate will be expected to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Partner's busy schedule and maintaining the highest level of client service at all times.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and proactive team player with the ability to manage and prioritise a demanding workload to a high standard. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is crucial, as the role involves producing audio-typed documentation, including letters, reports, and presentations.

Experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment, along with a good understanding of Dispute Resolution practices, would be an advantage. This is a full-time, office-based position.
