The role:
Reporting to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generate new business working to KPIs and targets.
- Collaborate with other regional sales managers as well as office-based managers and staff.
- Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
- Monitor and growth and performance of your sales team.
- Establish and drive business forward within the region.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
- Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors advantageous.
- Self-Motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to go that extra mile to be successful.
- Possess strong leadership skills to gain results and be willing to travel.
