We are looking for a retail performance focused Paid Media Manager with experience in managing and optimising PPC, Shopping, Display and Paid Social Channels to drive new customer acquisition. Our client has a niche UK and international reach, and it's an exciting time to join this award-winning company. This is a strategic yet hands-on role covering all Paid Performance.
Responsibilities for this Paid Media Manager job include:
- Create, deliver and manage the digital strategy, campaign plans, and reporting on all Paid Media performance.
- Manage all company brands, across all paid media channels and ensuring CPA and ROAS targets are met.
- Deliver Digital Marketing elements of the Customer acquisition and CRM strategy.
- Manage the budget setting for digital expenditure, tracking and forecasting.
- Manage and optimise product feeds for Shopping and Paid Social Ads.
- Work with wider marketing CRM, SEO and eCommerce teams, ensuring optimised customer journeys and conversion.
- Provide accurate, timely and insightful Reporting and Analysis on performance on Digital Marketing Channels.
For this Paid Media Manager job you will need:
- Experience of working as a Paid Media Manager or Digital Marketing role with PPC and Paid Social as a focus, for a Retail eCommerce brand or agency side.
- Proven skills and advanced knowledge of all forms of Paid Media, including PPC, Paid Social, Shopping ads, Display and Paid Search.
- Hands-on management of £multi-million budgets.
- Strong eCommerce knowledge and understanding of UK and International audiences.
- Strong knowledge and experience of all Google Ad programs, especially Google Analytics.
- Skills in people management and/or team mentoring.
