We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Retail Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
- Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported.
- Being a responsible key holder.
- Using the till, taking orders, and receiving payments.
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary.
- Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
- Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels.
- Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times.
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
Our ideal Retail Supervisor will:
- Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
- Possess good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service.
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
- Have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
