They are looking for an enthusiastic and Lettings Negotiator to join their small collaborative team. Your main remit would be to deliver exceptional service and results for landlords by ensuring our client’s available register of high-quality properties are let quickly and on terms to suit.

Responsibilities will include:

Registering applicants and understanding their search requirements

Booking viewings, both from direct enquiries and database call-outs

Carrying out viewings

Managing landlord feedback

Generating offers and agreeing lets

Pre-tenancy compliance and administration.
