Job Title: Marketing Operation Consultant

Location: Reading (Hybrid – 1 day a week in office)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

My client is a Marketing & CRM agency that partners with some of the biggest tech brands, such as, Lenovo, McAfee, Baseware, Aruba. They are looking for a Marketing Operations Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

The Role:

You\’ll be actively engage with clients, managing communications and building relationships while delivering strategic solutions. You\’ll collaborate with Account Directors and Lead Consultants on various accounts, supporting or leading engagements that tackle complex marketing challenges. Your key responsibilities include listening to client requirements, investigating solutions, and facilitating decision-making. Weekly tasks involve internal and client calls to ensure alignment on project milestones, while you\’ll work within Marketing Automation and CRM platforms to define target segments.

Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience with Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo (some or all)
• B2B OR tech industry experience
• Strong campaign management
• Agency experience is ideal but not a must
• A collaborative, fast-paced mindset with a proactive approach
