Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir genau Sie als Hauptamtliche Praxisanleitung (m/w/d) für die Ausbildung unseres Pflegenachwuchses in Teilzeit bei einem Vollzeit Vertrag.
Das erwartet Sie:
- Beratung, Betreuung, Anleitung und Coaching von internen und externen Auszubildenden, Praktikant:innen, neuen Mitarbeiter:innen und Pflegekräften im Anerkennungsverfahren
- Planung, Koordination, Gestaltung und Dokumentation des praktischen Ausbildungsprozesses
- Sicherung der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben der Generalistischen Ausbildung
- Aktive Beteiligung am Auswahlverfahren und an der Gewinnung von Auszubildenden in der Pflege
- Überprüfung des Ausbildungsstandes in Form von regelmäßigen Kontrollen während der praktischen Einsätze
- Organisation von Azubi-Projekttagen, Workshops und Themenwochen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare 3-jährige Qualifikation sowie eine berufspädagogische Zusatzqualifikation
- Erfahrungen in der Anleitung von Lernenden der Pflegeausbildungen
- Kenntnisse zur Generalisierten Pflegeausbildung
- Sehr gutes pflegerisches und pädagogisches Fachwissen
- Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent sowie Lern- und Methodenkompetenz
- Gesetzlich notwendigen Nachweis über Immunisierung gegen Masern
