We have an exciting opportunity for 3 Interns to join our Quality team. These placements will be in one of either CAPA, Audit or Document Control. Throughout your placement, you will find yourself:

• Supporting the ADC Witney QS Improvement plan to ensure continual improvement and effectiveness of the Quality System in accordance with divisional and corporate requirements and applicable regulations.
• Assisting the development and implementation of continuous improvements plans
• Collaborating as part of cross functional project teams by providing guidance and offering solutions for the timely and cost-effective improvement projects.
• Participating in project teams in order to ensure that changes to existing products and processes are made in compliance with ADC quality system requirements
• Depending on your assignment placement:

• Support the investigation of non-conforming events and identification of corrective action to prevent occurrence.
• Supporting administration and projects for the core quality management systems responsible for maintaining Training and Document Control.
• Supporting Quality Audit Readiness through identifying and remediating audit risks.
• Supporting the planning and organizing of external Quality audits.

You should be studying for a degree in an engineering or sciences field, and be seeking a year in industry placement as part of your qualification. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who takes initiative and is able to work within a team and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment. You will need to have good oral and written communication skills to be able to prepare reports and technical documents. You must be organized and flexible in your approach to work, with good attention to detail in order to ensure that data and analyses are accurate and meet the requirements of the project. We're looking for someone who is passionate about STEM, and keen to pursue their career in the Medical Devices sector.
