We are thrilled to announce a rare and exciting opportunity to lead a restaurant team in our Coppergate Kitchen restaurant in Fenwick York. If you are looking for a management role with an excellent work life balance and competitive package, look no further than Fenwick!

Working week: 40 hours per week. Advertised salary is not inclusive of a variable TRONC service charge allocation which will be paid on top of the advertised salary.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will enhance the customer experience through the strong leadership and coaching of the restaurant team, supporting them to deliver a lasting impression to every customer. Whilst developing your team and sharing your passion and knowledge for all things food and service, you will also ensure the smooth running of the full restaurant operation, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded and delivered on time.
