We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join their highly regarded team in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality support and knowledge management services in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

You will:

  • Collaborate with partners and fee earners to provide up-to-date and comprehensive legal knowledge and precedents in the Private Client practice area
  • Stay updated on legal developments, legislation changes, and best practices within Private Client law
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance the skillset of colleagues within the Private Client team
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the firm's knowledge resources, including practice notes, guidance, and know-how documents
  • Provide ad-hoc research support and contribute to thought leadership initiatives within the firm

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Private Client law
  • Solid experience in knowledge management, professional support, or similar role within a reputable law firm
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Private Client law with a proven track record in delivering high-quality support to fee earners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
