Your Mission:
- Engage & Influence: Have impactful conversations with healthcare professionals, including Consultants, Specialty Registrars, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Pharmacists.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our cross-functional Brand Team and multi-skilled colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strategise & Execute: Develop and implement strategic account plans, mobilise local advocates, and deliver on KPIs with precision.
- Omnichannel Approach: Utilise face-to-face, digital, and multimedia touchpoints to achieve commercial objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous specialty pharma sales experience.
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with customers.
- Pharma launch experience.
- Degree in life sciences or healthcare professional qualification.
- ABPI qualification.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Understanding of account management principles.
- Positive mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with IT systems and adaptability to new processes.
