We are looking for a Repair Coordinator to join our operations team based in Belfast. This role will be responsible for ensuring all repair and enhancement work is completed within KPIs and customer contracts and carrying out administration tasks for the Repairs team.

As a Repair Coordinator, your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring that all repair/enhancements work is scheduled with the subcontractor or repair engineer and client in a timely manner.
  • Updating computer systems to reflect the status of jobs.
  • Identifying parts required for repairs/enhancements and ordering necessary parts.
  • Invoicing all repair work in a timely manner with completion paperwork.
  • Maintaining open communication with customers via phone and email.
  • Being commercially aware within the role.

  • 2+ years experience working in an administration role.
