We are recruiting for a Learner Progress and Attendance Coach to be committed to working with learners and support their attendance and engagement in learning. You will support and enable learners to overcome barriers to achieve and make progress on their study programmes, become more independent, and achieve their full potential. Managing a diverse caseload of learners, you will work with the Head of Personal Development and Learner Progress, personal tutors, and learning support staff to support learners to access individualised learning programmes and support.

The successful candidate will hold a level 3 qualification and have experience of working with young people in a supporting/facilitating role. You will need a student-centred approach to working as well as excellent communication skills to allow you to work with learners, tutors, and managers. You must be an excellent role model with a can-do attitude.
