As a Production Planner in this fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in managing production schedules, coordinating material supply, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet the demands of the market. You will leverage your expertise in MRP systems along with advanced Excel skills to analyse data effectively and make informed decisions that enhance efficiency and productivity. Please note – this role is working Sunday – Thursday 7AM – 4PM Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules to align with demand forecasts. Monitor finished goods to prevent shortages and communicate any risks Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and optimise production workflow. Implement improvements in production planning processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any production issues. Prepare and present regular reports on production performance metrics. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Planner within the FMCG sector. Strong knowledge of ERP or MRP software. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting skills. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
