We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based on the outskirts of Newmarket. This is working within a Cold store and you will be in and out of Freezers, but PPE will be provided. You must have a good understanding of English and numbers due to the tasks involved.
Job Duties:
- Operate counterbalance to load, unload, and move products around the warehouse.
- Stacking and unstacking pallets.
- Ensure safe handling and accurate storage of inventory.
- Assist with the organization and management of stock using management systems.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.
What we are looking for:
- Counterbalance License essential.
- Experience working within a distribution company an advantage.
- Confidence working within a team.
- Adaptable to working in other departments when required.
- Happy working within cold temperatures.
