About the team
As part of the Retail Team in our Cheshire Oaks store, you will play a key role as the face of GANT to our customers. We expect you to deliver a premium and enriching experience for each customer visiting the store. You will be part of a high-performing team that has an enthusiasm for fashion and the preppy lifestyle. You appreciate the challenge of achieving top results and can deliver continuous improvement. As a team, we work to create an exceptional experience for our customers and always meet or exceed our sales targets.
Responsibilities
- To maintain and comply with all stockroom standards as set out by the Company.
- To ensure garments are kept and replaced into: department, style, colour, and size order.
- To ensure housekeeping standards are maintained within the stockroom and any maintenance or health and safety issues/problems are promptly reported to your manager.
- To ensure that your comments are included every week in the Managers Report.
- To manage and maintain an effective stock fill-up system within your store, through daily use of the report screen.
- To maintain consistent standards of tagging when preparing fill-up for the shop floor.
- To maintain an organised Utility area ensuring: Carrier bags are kept tidy and reordered when necessary.
- To maintain vigilant security measures within the stockroom, adhering to all security policies and procedures contained within the Shop Manual. Reporting any suspicious circumstances or incidents to your manager immediately.
