We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, INEOS and Lotus brands across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Parts Advisor to join our team.
What you’ll do:
The Parts Advisor’s main role is to look after the workshop counter and trade customers although you will be involved in all areas of the Parts Department’s roles i.e. responsibility for overseeing all parts into the Department, allocating parts to correct bins and sending back exchanged/unwanted parts accordingly. You will also have responsibility for maintaining stock levels.
Who you are:
As a person, you should be able to work under pressure, be a team player and be computer literate. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. The role will need you to ensure that walk in and telephone customers are always promptly dealt with and you will need to deliver on sales targets. As a Parts Advisor you will aim always to deliver an incredible experience to all, whether internal or external customers.
Alongside your “customer first” attitude, you will aim to maximise sales, maintain customer retention and over achieve on targets. Passion for the product and delivering the best customer service should be evident in everything you do.
