This role will provide administrative support across the team with tasks such as:

  • Monitoring of, and responding to, general enquiries
  • Membership support
  • Maintenance of training records
  • Maintaining excellent customer service across our programmes.

Hours will be worked Monday to Friday with exact days and times agreed upon appointment.

What's needed? Successful candidates will require good communication and organisational skills and be able to work well as part of a team. It would be beneficial to have previous experience in a similar administrative support role, using a variety of IT systems and an interest in aquatics or leisure. Although a Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification isn't required for this role, we would be happy to discuss the option of a successful candidate delivering this role in addition to swim teaching hours across our Aquatics Programmes. The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

LiveWire delivers Aquatic Programmes across five pools in Warrington, including Learn to Swim programmes for children and adults following the Swim England Learn to Swim Framework, the Performance Swim Programme and supporting primary school pupils through a School Swimming and Water Safety Programme. This role will report to the Activities and Development Lead and will support the Aquatics Team with a range of administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of our Aquatics Programmes.
