We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Graduate Cover Supervisor with the potential for future teacher training. This role offers hands-on classroom experience and a unique opportunity to explore the teaching profession in a supportive school environment.

Managing student behaviour, keeping students on task, and ensuring a positive learning environment are all essential aspects of this role. We are looking for graduates from any subject discipline who are passionate about education and interested in gaining practical classroom experience. You should possess strong communication skills, confidence in managing groups of students, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude. While prior experience in an educational setting is helpful, it is not essential. What matters most is your commitment to supporting students and a genuine interest in pursuing a teaching career.
