Full training on products and services will be provided.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity
- Inform potential or existing customers about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed, setting appointments as required
- Enter and update customer information
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Continuous improvement on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of campaigns
- Monitor success with delivery against impact - daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
