You’ll also manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables, mentor a talented team, and contribute to strategic business decisions, all while working on projects that set the standard for safety and innovation. The Role: Define project requirements and present solutions to clients. Develop protective design strategies and ensure project compliance. Lead and mentor engineers, managing project delivery.
