We’re now looking for a Campaigns Team Manager to join us on a full-time, fixed-term basis until 30 September 2026, working 37 hours per week., As our Campaigns Team Manager, you will drive the creation, delivery, and evaluation of campaigns that enhance our engagement with key audiences.
Leading a brand-new team, you will take charge of all aspects of communications and engagement. You will shape and deliver campaigns and content, using insight and analysis to ensure we are engaging with our targeted audiences using the best channels and techniques.
Operating as part of the wider Engagement Management Team, you will also oversee a portfolio of initiatives, supported by high-quality content such as the State of Care report, leveraging insight and analysis to ensure our messages resonate with and reach target audiences effectively.
Additionally, you will:

Oversee and commission the production of engaging content

Quality assure campaign materials

Build relationships with stakeholders and expert advisory groups

Procure and manage external suppliers to ensure high-quality, value-for-money delivery
Experience in communications, engagement or campaigns
