We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a highly organised and proactive EA. This position will involve traditional business support, including:

  • Inbox and diary management

  • Coordinating meetings

  • Managing complex travel arrangements

Additionally, you’ll provide personal assistance to the CEO and his wife, offering guidance on how best to leverage your expertise. Tasks may include managing household affairs, liaising with property teams (across 5 homes, including the UK and France), and planning personal travel.
