Support the operational teams within the Administration Department in delivering scheme projects alongside business-as-usual operations.

Responsibilities (not limited to the below):

  • Work closely with senior members of the Administration Department to deliver projects within achievable deadlines
  • Prepare regular project status reports for the Operations Manager
  • Assist with ICO, TPR and LEI registration and renewal process
  • Update relevant pensions administration databases and systems
  • Extract data from administration systems
  • Manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • To be flexible and provide such other support as would be reasonably expected within the role
