The Role:
As an Optimisation and Transformation Consultant, you will deliver strategic transformation initiatives that enable organisational growth and efficiency. The role is ideal for professionals skilled in business process optimisation, change management and stakeholder engagement, who thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Assess current processes and systems, develop business cases, and design optimisation roadmaps.
- Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma practices to streamline operations and drive results.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document requirements, analyse workflows, and create actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change strategies to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to identify trends and measure progress against KPIs.

What We’re Looking for:
Essential
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business optimisation, transformation, or change management roles, such as Business Analyst or Product Owner/Manager.
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Prosci.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in using task management (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- HMG Security Clearance SC (or willingness to obtain with guidance from Logiq).
Desirable
- A background in public sector projects.
- Familiarity with business analysis toolkits.
- Experience of data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
- A background in C2, ISR.
- Strong experience/ certification in Change Management (e.g. PROSCI).
