5. Negotiate contracts and handle paperwork for real estate transactions

7. Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices
8. Network and prospect, using KW\’s proven systems and models

Qualifications:

1. Have an active real estate license
2. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
3. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
4. Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
5. Effective communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
