Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding UK&I team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for JCI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Manage CRM and sales reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within technology or related industries.
