Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring a team in preparing and serving nutritious and delicious meals and drinks for our residents.
  • Developing seasonal menus that reflect our residents' preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Ensuring that all food safety standards are met and maintained in the care home.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the residents and relatives to ensure satisfaction and needs are met.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must hold a Level 3 qualification or Senior production chef qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A creative flair for menu planning and recipe development.
