Responsibilities:
- Leading and mentoring a team in preparing and serving nutritious and delicious meals and drinks for our residents.
- Developing seasonal menus that reflect our residents' preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensuring that all food safety standards are met and maintained in the care home.
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate special events and dietary accommodations.
- Coordinating and communicating with the residents and relatives to ensure satisfaction and needs are met.
