Electrician

Job Responsibilities:

1. Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance on social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
2. Installing new electrical systems, including consumer units, wiring, and distribution boards.
3. Testing and inspecting electrical equipment to ensure it is safe and functioning correctly.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical safety regulations and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. For this role, you must be a self-motivated individual who can manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

1. A valid 18th edition qualification and NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Installation (City & Guilds 2391).
2. Proven experience working in commercial properties, including the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 with company works van/tools and fuel card.
