At David Lewis, we are looking for dedicated experienced Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team, helping individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and other complex needs lead their most fulfilling lives.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Competitive Salary: £23,685.75 to £25,447.50 (depending on qualifications)
  • Enhanced Pay: Get paid more for working weekends and overtime! Weekend shifts paid at 1.3x your basic rate. Bank holidays paid up to 3x your basic rate.
  • Shift Flexibility: Full-time (37.5 hours). Shifts include a mix of early (7:30 am - 3:00 pm) and late (2:00 pm - 9:30 pm) hours, with weekends off (just 2 weekends out of 4 required).
  • Your Time Off: Up to 28 days annual leave.
  • Health & Wellbeing: Access to our on-site gym and swimming pool, which, whilst mainly for the use of the people we support, you can also use, plus a comprehensive support package including staff physio, counsellor, and employee assistance programme.
  • Paid DBS and Training.
  • Pension Scheme: with up to 6% contributions.
  • Career Development: Opportunities for NVQs, career progression, and financial support for further education.
