• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Customer Focus: Ability to implement customer focused strategies.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations.
• IT Proficiency: Competent in IT systems.
• Licenses: Full UK Drivers Licence (B1)

Additional qualifications include REACT certification and Tyre Fitting Accreditations.
