About the Role
As our Secondary Recruitment Team Manager, you’ll take Flourish Education’s Secondary division to the next level. You’ll lead a small but mighty team and build on our already stellar reputation in education recruitment. Expect lots of sales, business growth, and leadership moments that would make even your proudest mentor smile.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build and manage an exemplary Secondary desk—360 recruitment that gets results.
- Lead the charge on divisional growth and development, spotting new business opportunities.
- Coach, train, and support your team of Recruitment Consultants, working closely with our L&D team to help them thrive.
About You
You’ll fit right in if:
- You’ve worked as a Recruitment Agency Team Manager, Managing Consultant, or in a similar role.
- You’ve got experience in a supply/temp/contract market.
- You’ve got a driver’s license and a car (a must for visiting your schools).
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in the education sector (not essential, but it might earn you a gold star).

- Term time hours: 7/7:30am–4:30/5pm
- Holiday hours: 8am–3pm (hello, early finish)
